Female relaxed in open “C” or slightly coiled. Lip region rounded with faint traces of 2 striae. Female spear 27u, male 24u long. Spear knobs rounded, slightly cupped. Basal bulb overlapping intestine dorsally. Phasmids scutellum-like, arranged with an anterior one at about 30% while the posterior is near 80%.
Aorolaimus baldus is immediately distinguished by the smooth rounded lip region.
