Body slightly curved ventrally or nearly straight when relaxed.  Body diameter increases from lips to base of esophagus 2.9 +  .2 times.  Lip width 13.9 m +  .8.  Lips well separated and set off from body by a strong constriction.  Lips angular with pointed or blunt papillae protruding moderately to strongly.  Amphid shape obscure, width at opening 6-8 um.  Cuticle faintly annulated; thickness at mid-body 2.0 um + .9.  Cuticle thickness at head same as at mid-body; thickness at tail nearly twice as great.  Cuticle divided into thin outer layer and thick inner layer.  Lateral cords indistinct, 10-13 um wide in seven females.

Spear length 17.0 um + .4.  Width of spear 2.6 um +  .4.  Spear aperture 39% +  1 of spear length. Spear extensions indistinct, 21-28 um long in seven females.  Spear guiding sheath slightly evereted when spear is completely retracted; anterior end of sheath ring-like.  Esophagus enlarges gradually between narrow anterior and wide posterior portions; enlargement begins at 45% + 4 of esophagus length from base.  Cardia cylindrical or conical and 13-25 um long.  Intestine 5-6 cells in circumference.  Rectum length 22 um + 3.  Pre-rectum length 35 um + 9.  Anal body diameter 23 um + 2.  Tail dorsal-convex with subacute or narrow rounded tip.  Tail tip slightly bent ventrally.  Two caudal papillae.

Anterior gonad 10% + 2 of body length; posterior 11% + 3.  Gonads reflexed 50-90%. Vulval labia with triangular sclerotized pieces.  No eggs observed.
